Note d’intention - Dancing with you

“Bonjour à tous,

La pièce que vous allez découvrir est une rencontre entre la danse et la musique,

deux disciplines complémentaires qui se mêlent pour créer une performance

immersive.

Dans l’exposition Let’s Dance Our Way Back Home d’A’adriane Nieves où nous nous

trouvons actuellement, l’artiste a créé dans l’allée reliant son garage à la rue, sous le

regard de ses voisins.

De la même façon, cette performance se construit en direct, sous les yeux du public.

La danse, portée par Lila et Lola, et la musique, composée par Zerathekidd, évoluent

en temps réel, réagissant à l’instant et à l’énergie.

L’espace scénique fait écho aux œuvres de l’exposition : chaque partie de la

performance incarnera l’univers d’un tableau, en partant du premier ici, à travers le

mouvement et le son.

Mais cette performance va au-delà d’un simple spectacle. Elle vous invite à devenir

témoin, voire acteur, d’une œuvre en constante évolution.

L’objectif est de réveiller en chacun de vous l’envie d’explorer et exprimer sa propre

créativité, comme une invitation à vous approprier l’espace avec nous, à ressentir et,

pourquoi pas, à danser votre propre retour chez vous.”

Intent Note – Dancing with You

“Hello everyone,

The piece you are about to discover is a meeting between dance and music, two

complementary disciplines that intertwine to create an immersive performance.

In the exhibition Let’s Dance Our Way Back Home by A’Driane Nieves, where we

currently find ourselves, the artist created her work in the alley connecting her garage

to the street, under the gaze of her neighbors.

In the same spirit, this performance is built live, before your very eyes.

The dance, carried by Lila and Lola, and the music, composed by Zerathekidd,

evolve in real time, responding to the moment and to the surrounding energy.

The stage space echoes the works of the exhibition: each part of the performance

embodies the world of a painting, beginning with the first one here, through

movement and sound.

But this performance goes beyond a simple show. It invites you to become a witness,

or even a participant, in a constantly evolving work.

The goal is to awaken in each of you the desire to explore and express your own

creativity, an invitation to inhabit the space with us, to feel, and perhaps, to dance

your own way back home.”
